Teachers and staff are top shelf. New principal for the 2011-12 year. Reserve judgment for school administrator. After-school program is excellent. Athletics are good, but I'm not a big advocate for co-ed soccer teams. Guidance (Woody Brown) and library staff are excellent. My children all have had extraordinary teachers. My kids did very well on NECAP tests. School have high free and reduce lunch population and still manage to help most students pass NECAP.

Although according to test reviews, the Wolcott school scored a 4, I want to go on recors for saying that the Wolcott Elementary school is an excellent school where kids come first. The caring staff at this school works hard to get to know every child and make sure that his or her needs are meet educationally, sociallt, and emetionally. Ilove this school.

This school is great. Not only are you in a welcoming community, but because of the closer student-teacher relationships the students can be pushed to strive for academic excellence! The After-school program at this school is great as well. Love to read with your kids but are bored with the books at home? Wolcott definitly has a cozy library with a growing collection of books checked out to you by the best librarian ever! Great opinons all around!
