My oldest son attended here and it was a very positive experience for him. This school very much prepared him for the next level and I loved how the teachers were very good about keeping in contact with me. My youngest son attends there now and also is having a very positive experience. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a top-notch elementary school

You cannot judge this school by old reviews. In the past two years, they have made tremendous progress. This school received the National Title 1 Distinguished School Award. That says it all--great test scores, great teachers, and great leadership. If I had to say that anything was lacking, it would be that there is not a good afterschool program at the present time.

The Advanced Learner's Program is excellent - a great enrichment class for gifted students. The teachers have communicated with me as needs have arisen. The school encourages parent involvement, even in the classroom. The new Assistant Principal has been a big help.

to look at this school it is beautiful. Walk inside and it changes. they stress that they have a 'NO TEASING ZONE' but that is all for view. the discipline in this school is very slack. children fighting and only getting a slap on the hand. the children trying to excell are punished due to the other ones that misbehave or know they will be passed just because the teacher doesnt want them anymore. my child currently goes to this school but is coming out to go to a private school in january.

This school only teaches very basic phonics. My 14 year old daughter was a straight A student, but she could not sound out large words. They also pass students that don`t even know pre-primer words to the first grade.

The academic programs are fairly good. They should provide more in the way of the Arts and do less of the uneeded computer programs. The computer program that they have for now is a waste of good learning time.
