I'm really pleased with my kids' experiences so far at Kiptopeke- we've been there 6 years so far. They seem to be really growing in their efforts to have enriching activities beyond the regular curriculum. There is a chess club, a STEM club, a growing band program, a school veggie garden. I love my kids' teachers, and they have a good gifted program in place, led by an experienced teacher. The "low" test scores don't mean as much to our family- we know our kids are getting a solid, meaningful education there. Bottom line is, my children LOVE going to school at Kiptopeke! That makes us happy here at home.
I love Kiptopeke's family atmosphere where we all work together for our students' benefit.
I have really enjoyed Kiptopeake as has my son. He went there from K-5th grade and is now there for 6th since the Middle school closed. The principal is great.
The teacher are very unfair at times I hope this new year will be some kind of wake up call expecially for the princaple and asistant princaple I hope they will pay alot attention this year
