Horrible environment - horrible bullying. They do not teach kids to become independent. Parents are vindictive and hateful.

Major problems at the high school. Our child has attended this school for many years and will not be returning this year due to many issues at the high school. Suppose to be a Christian school, but you would not know it by the actions of the students in the school, parking lot and school activities. Where are the teachers and administration when these things are going on?! The administration seems to have different standards and rules for their star athletes as compared to the rest of the student body. So if you have a star player go for it. Seen more love and repect shown to fellow students and teachers at public shools. Also they seem to have a difficult time retaining teachers. Many leave part way through the academic year. Save your money. There are better choices out there.

I have been an ASCS parent for 8 yrs and was very satisfied until my son went to upper campus. This school is ridiculous! At a Christian school you would assume that the teachers would guide the children, pray with them when a child needs guidance, fill them with confidence and challenge them; NOT THE CASE HERE AT ASCS! The discipline here at ASCS is this: a teacher writes up a child; sends the slip to principal; child/parent receives this slip 2 days after incident. Keep in mind the teacher does not tell child that they are doing something wrong prior to being written up! How can a child learn if a teacher does not point out wrong doing? Wrong meaning gum chewing, running in hall, asking too many questions iin math!! Oh, and if your child needs any type of accomodatiions-resource accomodations are non existent!

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
