Very poor performance regarding IEP services in the last 5 school years! Always fighting that IEP is followed! Not enough Special Education teachers and staff on hand!

I love Chalkley because as a young kid, teachers and administration were always willing to help in a time of need. You are always welcomed by smiles!!!

Our family has been a part of the Chalkley family for about 15 yrs now. I have loved the teachers and staff here. They have made such a great impact on our children and really blessed our family. All of our 7 children have and are succeeding academically well because of the solid foundation that Chalkley has provided. This is an exceptional school.

I found J.A. Chalkley Elementary school as a big multiplier. I put the small investment and the school multiplies and returns as bigger. I am very much satisified on my daughter's first quarter result. Thank you very much for all staff and appreciated, particularly Mrs. Ola, first grade teacher.

Both of my younger children attended J.A. Chalkley Elementary School, one is in high school and the other middle school. I loved Chalkley and the staff, the do alot to help the kids and families to get the best education experience for their kids. My children both loved going and being apart of Chalkley and both excelled at the school

With the new 'refocus' system that they are using with the children and the great improvements that our new Principal Hart has brought to our school, we are really turning around. The atmosphere also seems to be really inviting...Thanks for all of your Great Work Chalkley Staff!!! It would not be a great school without each and everyone of you.

A very disappointing school. It is severely overcrowded, under-funded, and many students suffer with behavioral problems. The school is working hard to correct low test scores, and to address crowding and behavioral issues, but not at the pace of the school's decline. I would not have moved to this area if I had known the poor condition of this school in advance.
