Fieldale Collinsville Middle School is over-crowded which contributes to its problems. The Principals and Teachers seem to be at their wits-end with so many discipline problems.

The teachers are great and do the best they can. However, there is no quality leadership. The Principal and associate Principals are only worried about what makes them look good, not what the kids really need.
