Decisions, decisions, decisions!!!! How can our children be prepared to make the decisions looming in their future? Yikes! How are we to make the decisions that shape their future? Do we just send them to the high school that the bus drops them off at? Does it really matter that much? Come take a look at John Paul the Great Catholic High School. The facilities are appealing. The architecture is purposeful and attractive. But, it's what is going on inside the hearts, souls and minds of the students is really appealing, purposeful and attractive. There are decisions that need to be made and I think John Paul the Great, with its outstanding faculty, led in concert with the Nashville Dominicans , assists young people in learning to make decisions. Then they have the children have the possiblitiy of reaching the potential that all of them are uniquely given. Yes, it does matter and it is WORTH thinking about. Why save all that money for college if the child loses their motivation in high school to live, learn and reach for the stars. God Bless you as you seek the best for your child, which is far more than academics and sports. They are great at JP, too.

This school has very highly qualified teachers and a faculty that cares about their students. The Dominican sisters provide great leadership and understanding, they make the students think and they listen to students attentively. Classes are academically challeging and prepare students for college. The curriculum offers many diverse subjects and levels which are all college prep. The Bioethics curriculum which is required - is one of the first in the nation to be offered in a high school setting. The school has a outstanding athletics department that offers a variety of sports. Extra curricular activities such as drama club , student government, chorus, band, Mission Coalition, and Lifesavers are offered to keep students actively involved. Parents are highly encourged to volunteer and become involved, their opinions and suggestions are welcomed by the faculty. Students and faculty enjoy practicing their faith daliy - keeping them spiritually motivated and grounded. Attending this school continues to be a wonderful experience for my teenagers.

PJP the Great is an AWESOME school! You could not ever imagine a place with so much fun like this school. It is pretty competitive, have highly ranked teachers from College of William & Mary, Yale University, University of Notre Dame, and so on. The academic is comparably challenged for most of the students, but the teachers do care students a lot more than public schools. And the Sports are very competitive in the whole state. There is a 4-year Bioethics Curriculum only offer at this school and this is the only one school has this curriculum in the U.S.A.
