I love this school! My teen loves this place...He is involved in a great sports program, and he is no longer bullied as he was in Spotsy. My daughter also goes there, and she is impressed with the choir and the amazing teachers and principal...she says they always try to help with anything they can, and they have nice kids as a result. I recommend this school highly to anyone looking for a great high school.

I have three children in Stafford High School. The school system is strained, but I believe the school makes the best with what they have. It is your typical public school system these days ... strained and under-funded. My children have done well and are looking forward to and planning for college.

I attended Stafford High--my parents and I were unimpressed. I had a lot of teachers who seemed uninterested in what they were teaching and often did very little to create memorable and engaging lesson plans. The teachers' lack of interest in quality education created an overwhelming lack of interest amongst students... Many did not go on to college. I recently earned a master's degree in education and am now a teacher myself. If Stafford taught me anything, it was what kind of teacher I don't want to be.

I attended this school for two years, which were my junior and senior year. I enjoyed being a student at Stafford high school. I learned a lot and the teachers were amazing. I ended up graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

I spent my first two years of high school here before the re-districting that came with colonial forge and my subsequent transfer. I went on my only high school field trips at south stafford, one was on a fishing boat in the chesapeake (catching specimens for marine biology), the other was a day trip to the metropolitan museum of art and the moma (join the nahs!). The art trip is what inspired me to earn a degree in art; i have one semester left for my bfa in art education. I had some very average teachers and i had some teachers who were so good, i didn't realize how much i was learning until i was gone. My freshman year in honor's english was amazing as well, due to my teacher s spunk and emphasis on organization.
