I love Redeemer Classical School. My son, a 4th grader, has attended since kindergarten, and my daughter will start kindergarten next year. Classes are small, allowing for lots of personal attention AND in-depth coverage of materials. The classical approach is wonderful, teaching kids according to the natural development of their intellect. I'm grateful that P.E., art, and music are strongly interwoven through the curriculum. A friend who used to teach 5th grade in the public schools told me her 5th graders wouldn't have been able to do the work the Redeemer 3rd graders were doing. Latin! Great teachers and enthusiastic parents. So grateful my children can go here.

We love the classical Christian education that our three kids have received at Redeemer. The small class sizes, outstanding teachers and rigorous curriculum has helped them to be challenged and to grow in more ways than we can count. Handbells, drama, field trips, art, PE and other extracurricular activities really make Redeemer's program well-rounded and outstanding. We love it!

RCS offers a acedmically rigorous classical Christian education, complete with instruction in Latin. Check out the Web site for a description of the curriculum (www.redeemerclassical.org). The school is non-denominational and welcomes people of any faith. The class sizes are small, the facility is beautiful, and the teachers are fantastic. We are thrilled and our children are thriving academically and spiritually.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.

  • &#34Frustration is knowing your child has potential but not knowing how to reach it. Our first-grade son was falling behind and losing confidence while in public school. We home-schooled for a couple of years and noted some progress. But, as a 3rd grader attending Redeemer we finally saw breakthrough. His teachers understood his unique way of thinking and appreciated him. Their flexibility — along with a smaller class size — helped rebuild our son’s esteem and kindle a love of learning.&#34 - RCS Parent
