I think they don't have long enough P.E

I think Honaker Elementary is a fairly good school. I do think that they need more parental involvement. We do not even have a PTA. I am never given progress reports on my children's behaviors and/or weaknesses. I think that they could greatly improve on these areas. The teachers are very nice and my children are learning a lot, but parental involvement is crucial.

My daughter is in the 1st grade. Her home room teacher is great. She makes learning fun for the children by playing educational games with them. However all of the teachers are not so great. My daughters reading teacher put her in the very back of the class room knowing that she has a hearing problem. After this sorry excuse of a teacher done this my daughters grades took a huge plunge. This teacher is very hard to talk to because she says she makes no mistakes. She is a poor example for all the children.

My child has done so well at this school! It has nice teachers, a good princible, and its also a very safe school.
