Horrible when it comes to problems getting handle right, lies occurs from office and some teachers, need new person running the school, few unprofessionals who shouldn't be working there, bad attitudes, need better support, and they need to get alot of adjustments done with some of the faculties there. Some of the teachers are good teachers and help and really care for their students. Few make sure they do all they can to make sure their students get all the help they can offer to ensure the students pass and do well.
My daughter is a 5th grade teacher there and loves working with the staff, children, and parents. Everyone works hard to give these children the best education possible.
The kids are really great! They love to learn and enjoy coming to our school. It is a safe environment for the students. The nurse and office staff are friendly and bilingual so that really helps our parents! The teachers really care about their work and the students. What an awesome place to learn!
We are awesome!! faculty staff treats each other as well as the students with the upmost respect. We do things together like a huge happy family. We are a school that believe that our kids come first. We have an awesome guidance counselor that take the time to put our kids as her first priority. We just keep away from the drama and work on pleasing their momma. We at west gate rock!
West Gate is a wonderful diverse school. Our students and staff "work together, encourage each other, and respect each other."
Because the teacher work really hard. They believe with all of their hearts that every student can and will learn. The students work hard to develop visions and missions and work hard at being quality students each and every day!
Our school is #1 in the county among 77 elementary schools for percentage of free/reduced lunch. We also rank the highest for at-risk population. Despite that, we continue to meet the state's AYP. I think this says a lot about not only our students but also our staff. We are able to overcome all odds and be successful!
West Gate is the very best school around! Our teachers love what they do and our administrators work hard to see that each student gets a wonderful education!! Our students are awesome!
