I would like to express my concern as well over numerous complaints about a teacher at Marion Primary school. Many mothers in the community have expressed the same concern about this individual who has an opportunity to enjoy the students during their most enjoyable time of the day. No calls are returned by the principal or superintendent. There is no support for parental concerns.

My son is autistic, and transferred to Marion Primary after a *miserable* year in another SW VA school. My experience has been *hugely* positive, with them making every effort and accomodation to keep him learning and keep him comfortable. My 'normal' son, two years older, has also really loved the school, been challenged and learned so much more than before the transfer.

I was extremely dissapointed in the Marion Primary School system. The disregard to numerous of complaints of a certain teacher, instead of a complete investigation makes me and other parents question the principals and goals of this particular school. One or two complaints may be exceptable, however, half a dozen a year- for years!...A strict teacher does not necessarily mean a good teacher...Vice Principals - listen to the parents- especially when they complain in droves!

Great school with good teachers and an outstanding learning enviroment. That combo is difficult to find these days.
