Alliance has the most loving, caring, and intelligent teachers and staff member. They genuinely care for their students and go that extra mile to ensure that they teach the total student meaning mind, body, and soul. Because of this the students treat each other with love and respect. Alliance provided my son with a safe and loving enviroment that promoted excellence!

Alliance Christian Academy is one of the finest schools in the area. The teachers love their students and have passion for teaching them about Christ. They have challenging academic programs and high standards for their students.

Wonderful Academy! Centered on Christian learning and family fellowship. High academic standards required for all students regardless of the grade! Teachers have a great concern for students was want to see them succeed in every way possible!

Great school where Christ is center and standards are high!! (Disregard the negative comments below, as they are simply not true.) Come to Alliance Christian, you will be glad you did.

This school is simply a joke. There are no set curriculum standards, no expectations for behavior and not all teachers are certified to teach in the areas for which they are hired. Be sure you research this school before spending a dime!

Alliance Christian School is an excellent school with excellent teacher & administrators. I simply can't understand the previous comment only to say it must be a disgruntled parent and that did not get their way. Even the very best receive criticism. This is sad.

My Grand children have been attending Alliance Christian for 3 years. Not only is this a great academic school, the love and attention provided by the faculty is particularly noteworthy. We participate in all the school activities and I simply do not see any of the issues the individual posted on April 19, 2010.

A public school with Christian in the name. Anyone can get in and anything can happen there...discipline problems, bullying, drugs, and etc. I would not recommend to ANYONE.

It is a privilege to be a part of a school where the faculty and staff truly function as a family. They are dedicated and committed educators that first and foremost love the Lord and are focused on helping their students grown academically, socially, emotionally and above all else spiritually. ACS is a great school!

This will be my sons second year at Alliance and so far we are happy with most of the things here at the school. He is learning well and God is part of his life. The people are friendly and welcome all into the family. As read in other reviews, the discipline has improved and children that dont follow the rules are dealt with in a manner that benefits all involved. Thank you for being a good place for my son to attend.

As a parent of a pre-schooler, I can not express how completely satisfied I am with the education my daughter has received in her two years at ACS! Our daughter has been loved and taught well! The K3 and K4 programs are exceptional! She has excelled with phonics and at 4 years old, was able to sound out words and read simple books. The genuine love she has received from her teachers has allowed her to flourish! Her love for Jesus and knowledge of His role in her life is strengthened through the partnership of home, church and this school! We look forward to a fantastic year in kindergarten!

Alliance is a school that cares about students. It is small enough that meeting the needs of each student is possible. Teachers go above and beyond to make sure each student gets the attention they deserve. At Alliance you are not just another 'number', you are a real person. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. Go Falcons!

I am writing to say thank you to the Alliance family for everything they have done for my son. This is our first year here at Alliance and we are greatful for the help and faith it has brought to our son. While he had attended another school since k-5 they did not welcome students the way alliance does. Yes there are students that are less than perfect here. I believe that is the way God would have it, since no one is perfect but him. For those that say Alliance doesn't care and the teachers have given up are completely wrong. They believe in second changes. Does every student understand this and get it, No but over all we are very happy with the school. We think teachers like Mr. Mitchell, and Ms. Kiser for all they do for our students. Oh, and by the way Go Alliance Baseball.

My son graduated from Alliance Christian School last year (2008) and had attended there since kindergarten. As I am writing this, he has just completed his first semester of college and made the Dean's list of a private university in Virginia. Alliance Christian not only prepared him for the next level of education, but also prepared him spritually to be able to face the many challenges of college life. I will forever be indebted to Alliance Christian Schools. They will never know how much everyone there touched the lives of my entire family. The athletics at Alliance are also second to none with regard to coaches and team work. My son plays baseball at the collegiate level and is also excelling in that arena due to the foundation he received at ACS. If you are looking for a Christian-based education for your child, please visit ACS!

I am a alumni of Alliance. I must say they are an incredible school that places Christ at the center. The education is biblically based and their is a weekly time of worship and teaching from Gods Word. This time is just an extra time for the students to draw close to God. The school has teachers that will do anything for their students. Do yourself a favor and go to alliance christian schools

My sister went to this school, graduated, and then I came here and graduated. Bottom line: if you want kids to be Christians, how you present Christ and how you model Christ is what kids see. I was ruined for years because of this. I now go to a Bible based church and its different from Alliance. My sister won't step foot in one. A 50% retention rate is not something we want to see in the body of Christ. There are ways of working with kids that isn't overtly theocratic, logical, and fair. If the administration and teachers would do that, this school would have more students than it could handle. They also need to flesh out classes or allow students to take advanced classes. I was hampered because I had finished all the math classes early. Allowance for AP classes or going to college would help.

Alliance Christian School has been a truly wonderful blessing to our family. My daughter started here in the 6th grade and she just graduated this June. I am so very grateful to each and every teacher and staff member. They have taken great care of her, and have encouraged and challenged her in class and other activities. She has grown into a beautiful and intelligent young lady; we are so very proud of her. Alliance instills a desire for students to grow in knowledge but also in their daily Christian walk. She is very excited about starting school at Regent University this fall and learning even more.... There are not enough words to describe how much Alliance Christian means to me...
