Hillpoint Elementary School

My daughter is going to hillpoint to the 5th grade. She had been here since this school ever opened . She loves it there and so do i! :) If anyone one came here looking for a school i will recommend this one.

HILLPOINT IS AN EXCELLENT SCHOOL!!! I relocated here in 2010. The staff is professional and the teachers are very concern about the children's education. Teachers devote their time after school to help tutor children and they interact with parents very often. EXCELLENT SCHOOL!

I don't feel that the "3" rating for this school is in anyway indicative of the quality of this school. First, it's a brand new school, opened in 2008. My child began kindergarten there in 2009 and I have absolutely no complaints and much high praise. The teachers are wonderful, most rooms have aids. The classrooms and building are well-laid out. The staff is kind and helpful and supportive. Hillpoint also has a strong PTA. Having made comparisons with other parents, this is one of the best public elementary schools in the area, perhaps one of the best public or private.

Driver Elementary is a wonderful place to work or go to school! I have been there for many years, beginning when my child attended school there and continuing as an employee. The staff is like a family working together for the best interest of our students. We share ideas to improve the educational experience of our students, work together to be sure ALL students are reaching their potential, as well as supporting each other through good times and bad. I highly recommend Driver Elementary to anyone considering a move to Suffolk!

Nothing but positives. Great teachers, aides, and support staff that really care about the children. Debated private versus public and cannot be happier with the decision to go with public because of Hillpoint.

Hillpoint is an awesome school! Beautiful inside and out! Teachers give there all and students gain from this devotion! My daughter graduated from 6th grade last year - and I now have a 4th grader and Kindergartener there... through and through each grade level demostrates committment to academics, learning, and growth...
