Sugar Grove combined school is one of the best anywhere! It has the best student to teacher ratios and consistently ranks high in SOL scores and percentages passing. The entire facility cares about each and ever student. They go out of there way to see that ever student gets the needed help to succeed in school and do everything to ensure the safety and stability of ever student.

Sugar Grove Combined School has been a central part of our rural Southwest Virginia community for many many years. This school in particular is among the best performing in Smyth County. It offers the best student to teacher ratio and provides a wonderful learning environment for its students. This particular school is often minimized, under funded and overlooked because of larger and newer schools in the area but be assured that your child is attending a great school at Sugar Grove Combined!

Sugar Grove Combined has excellent teachers and low student to teacher ratio. This is an all around wonderful school. The only small problem I have found is with the menu but I believe it is comparable to other schools in the area.
