My son has been at William Perry for 2 years, and we have been pleased with our experiences. His teachers have had great communication with us, and I feel like I am involved with his education. The principals, teachers, and staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have also enjoyed working with the school's PTO and getting to know the other parents.
William Perry elementary school has had a wonderful impact on my two children who attend. They love their teachers, and are always ready to go to school and learn. This is a direct reflection on the staff from top to bottom. The teachers are excellent, they truly care about each and every student. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.
William Perry elementary school is Awesome! You couldn't find a better public school in Waynesboro. The teachers and administration are top notch. My family and I love this school. Go Panthers!
William Perry elementary school has had a damaging and devastating impact on my entire family. I would strongly urge anyone considering this school to look elsewhere and only enroll your children there if there is no alternative!
This is my daughters first year at William Perry. I can't be more pleased. It is a great school with great teachers and staff. I always feel welcomed when I go. I volunteer at least once a month or more one time permits. We eat lunch with her as well. My daughter is excelling and we have the school to thank for that.
I now have 4 children at WIlliam Perry and amvery satisfied with the school. I have always felt welcome there. They do require all visitors to check in to the office and are very adamit about that. I am gladof that. Who wants just anyone to be able to go into your childs school and do who knows what while your child is there. My childern love school and excel. My eldest child started in Kindergarten and the others have followed since. I think all schools have those few teachers that not everyone gets along with but over all William Perry is a great school.
We moved to the area recently and I dreaded the move, but being there for a few months I would like to say that this school made I move a great experience! My son is doing 100+ better than he was in his previous school and he loves it as well as myself! The teachers and the staff are friendly and wonderful with him! I cant wait until next year when both of my kids will be attending. Thanks!
My Daughter and Two Sons attended William Perry I am sure it is the finest Elementary School in the city of Waynesboro. Our Youngest son is still in High School and our other two are in University. The PTO is active, Music programs were and are still strong. While this elementary is one of the most socioeconomically challenged elementary schools in the city the staff have seen to it that truly no child is left behind. My daughter was in need of a TAG program to challenge her. The staff saw this. Her needs were met. My youngest son has special needs. Whatever he needed to help him learn was adapted or provided. William Perry Elementary School is a wonderful place and I am today still active in it's activities.
I have had my children attend W.P for 3 years,it is a very awful school. Yes it is clean but still you find a funny feeling when you walk in the door as if no one really likes you to be there. The cafeteria is too small to hold the children in the morning, but I was too upset to ever attend lunch with my children after seeing the morning mess. The teachers give homework that only a parent can do, rather the student. My children were much brighter, happier and much more eager to learn before attending this school. It is sad that any child has to attend this school!
