I recently moved to the area, I was first in the ladd elementary district and when I learned my district and location of school I was determined to get into a different school. Educating myself on westwood and berkeley and hearing parents I knew I wanted to get my daughter in berkeley glenn. After moving in their district and my daughter started going there I was so surprised at the overwhelming dedication of ms. tooley to her students, staff and parents. But it didnt stop with her the more involved I became the more I seen the love and passion the teachers have. It is a fantasyic home town school that loves their community, supports and go above and beyond for their school. I was so upset that I moved from my home town but I must say thank you berkely glenn and waynesboro I now feel like I have a new family.

We love this school !!!!!!!!!! The small neighborhood feeling and the community of caring felt there is unreal. I can't imagine my children going to school anywhere else.

BG is an excellent school to send your child to. BG has a great staff of teachers and a super support staff. Mrs. Tooley is a deciated principal and cares for all her students and staff. It's a wonderful place to learn and work!

I sorry that the last parent that gave a review thinks so highly of this school. But my child was tested there to see if he had a speech impairment. The teacher that tested him said that he did not and that he needed to be around more children, that he had a communication problem. Well, that was a year before he was put into Kindergarden and he is know in 2nd grade with a speech impairment and is getting help. It just makes me wonder if the teachers there really know what they are doing after my experience with them.

Berkeley Glenn is an excellent 'neighborhood' elementary school. The Parent-Teacher-Student relationship is wonderful with good communication being the main reason. My youngest has attended since Kindergarten - she is a 'high ability' student and Berkeley Glenn has been able to meet her education needs through TAG, Talented Music and Art, as well independent class study. I would be comfortable recommending this school to any family!
