The faculty is great. They have wonderful teachers who care about the children.

This is one of the best schools south of the Potomac, even compared to other great school systems in New York etc. The school is tops when it comes to the things that matter to most parents such as academics, discipline and building self-esteem. Teachers seem to really care, classroom size is small and our children thrive in this school system. There are only few well organized social activities, and more parental involvement will make it even better.

Academically, it is a great school. There is a real focus on learning. But in pushing the students so hard, they left out some fundamentals, such social skills. What is the point of knowing everything in a book, if the students do not know how to interact with the rest of the world?

For a small school, their are a lot of extras for the students. Children in this school system are very motivated as well as the teachers. They have an internet system to find your child's grades that helps you to keep up with what is going on in the classroom.
