I went here when I was a kid. Many great memories, great teachers, and an overall great environment to grow up in.
I am currently a teacher at this school, and I am very happy to be a part of the faculty here. I have been given a lot of support by the administration, PTO,and parents at this school. Whenever we request funding for instructional supplies or activities, it is granted. If I had children of my own, I would want them to attend this school.
APR is a wonderful school! Three of my children have attended and I'll have two returning in the fall. The classrooms are small so it's very personal and the kids get lots of one-on-one attention. The teachers are well trained and are willing to give extra help to a student who is struggling. They have great field trips and activities throughout the year, to reward the kids for doing their very best. They could be more lenient about having younger siblings in the classrooms and about parents going on field trips, but over all, I would highly recommend this school to anyone!
