This school has an environment that promotes caring and compassion. 5th graders are paired with kindergarteners to help promote this feeling of caring and accountability for one another. Small class sizes and a focus on academics enables the high scores student achieve on the SAT (Stafford Achievement Tests) that they take annually. Based on a solid Christian foundation, kids love God and earnestly try to live in a manner that honors God. Compared to other private Bellevue schools, this school is quite a value for the money. Strong Academics, nurturing environment, international focus and a great price. Hard to beat this school in value and results.

Cedar Park International School is excellent. Our son has attended for 2 years and will enter kindergarten this fall. He loves going to school because the teachers make him feel welcomed and valued. Children are taught to treat each other with dignity and to honor and value ethnic differences. The principal is wonderful. It is clear she loves the students and has high expectations for them. The class sizes are small ensuring all students succeed. I find the academic standards to be higher than other schools we investigated. My preschool son is already reading and writing in English and is learning to read and write in Japanese. After reviewing many other schools we decided this school was worth the drive from Everett to Bellevue.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
