I love CPCS because they teach the love of Jesus Christ. It is so important to train our children in God's way in this fallen world, to direct them to God so that when the world throws them upside down, they know where to find Hope. You can find good education at any best schools, however to find the understanding where we stand before God have to start from home and supported by Christian education. CPCS excels spiritually and academically.
My two kids attend the Cedar Park Christian School Bothell Campus. I could not be more pleased with their overall education. The faculty is professional and genuinely love the students, the Lord, and what they do. If you want a school that supports your family in pointing your kids to Christ, choose CPCS.
Cedar Park does a great job of combining education and Christian values within the real world setting, they don't pretend that they are perfect and adapt the curriculum and staff to improve year over year. The majority of the teachers actually care about the students and their families, often going beyond normal school hours to help. This is the only school we found where not only was a to notch education important, so were the kids, they often work together in groups to help reinforce lessons and understanding.
As a teacher in the preschool at Cedar Park Christian Schools Lynnwood Campus, the language services program is incredible. All of the kids are learning sign language and the children that are in the language services program are receiving an incredible education and start to life offered no where else! Kids that are delayed or that have a hearing loss that don't qualify for services in their public schools have the opportunity to be served without sacrificing the chance to have the best educational experience possible. The staff are WA state or ACSI certified and professional, the kids love school, and God's love is extremely evident on our campus for all children!
This is a horrible school, more interested in indoctrination than education. Being Christian is fine, but taking the Bible literally and using it as a science book is absurd. Bullying is prevalent at this school, and neither teachers nor administrators do anything worthwhile to stop it. Sending your child to this school is a waste of money and is a disservice to your child.
This school is the best of more than 100 we investigated, they hire the best teachers who actually care about the students. If you want a top notch education and christian upbringing, look no further, this is the school for you!
As a former teacher, current coach and future parent at CPCS, I've seen first hand the ins and outs of the school. I can honestly say there is not better place to educate your child - preschool through 12th grade. They are unwaveringly committed to fully Christian curriculum, living out a personal relationship with Jesus, and preparing kids to be leaders in their communities. Academics are top notch, students consistently score 1.5 grades above public schools. Athletics are very competitive, girls and boys sports consistently claim league, tri-district and state championships. They boast top-quality drama, art and award winning music opportunities. Teachers and coaches are there because they love what they do. They make themselves available for whatever needs the students and parents have. You'll find Christ is put first in all that Cedar Park Christian School does. I can't imagine sending my child to school anywhere else.
I rate this school 5 out of 5 for my son is getting a wonderful God filled education. Thank you God.
Awesome school. My daughter is in grade 2. This is her fifth year here. She also did two years of pre-school at Cedar Park. We could not be happier with the teachers and administration. Class sizes are small and academic standard is high. We have really enjoyed the quality of community amongst the parents as well.
