Betz Elementary School

This school has wonderful teachers and they care very deeply for the kids. It's a wonderful atmosphere and my son has thrived.

Excellent teachers! My children love attending school here. There are so many activities to get families involved. My kids are doing better than they have in any other school.

I have 2 kids at Betz Elementary and I love it just as much as they do. Both have had phenominal teachers and are excelling in school. I have always felt that if I needed to speak to my child's teacher that the 'open-door' policy was really fact. The activities at Betz are all wonderful. My only complaint with this school is that the students don't get a musical instrument before 5th grade. I think that students should start practicing long before they are 10. Other than that, it's a super school with wonderful, caring teachers and I wouldn't have my kids anywhere else.

Betz has many progrms that are excellent-music, PE and after school activities-math and science night. However, as a parent, I feel excluded, despite superficial statements about how the staff want parents included. The prinicpal runs a tight ship and often I feel I am imposing on her when I have concerns (which have not been ofter).

Betz Elementary is a great school. They have a warm, caring staff and they go out of their way to get parents involved. They offer a variety of extra cirricular activities including swimming (at EWU), soccer, and book fairs.
