I'm a 2 year student at spring street. This is the best school ive ever been to or seen.
Really solid school. Going into my fifth year at the school and really happy with the time i've spent there. The teachers are supportive and overqualified, and individual attention is in surplus. The trips are amazing, and have taught me to plan my own adventures and explore the world. Looking forward to going to Thailand and India this year.
I go to this school myself. The teachers & students are wonderful, and they give me a quality education that fits my level.
Great school.A small 6-12 school with 70 kids total and lots of great education with out piling it on. Great school trips to all over the world (africa india etc) and lots of community service! Highly recomended it feels like a home to kids! Parents are asked to be highly involved and do 20 hours of service for helping the school (office moms, janitors etc) and a great art and drama program.
The Spring Street School is a fantastic place for kids who want a small, challenging learning environment. Class size is maximum 12 students, the teachers are all wonderful, the atmosphere is supportive-family-like, and the kids love it. Children with special aptitudes or needs can move up or back in particular subjects as needed. There is a huge experiential learning component, lots of trips to places near and far; juniors and seniors travel to Asia! It's worth moving here (Friday Harbor is a wonderful small town on a lovely island) just for the school, and several families have done that!
