I hate this school. I was being bullied and the counselors did nothing to help me. I am not excited everyday I go because of what is going on. The only thing I like about this school is 8th grade history.

Wonderful school. All staff are friendly, give lots of attention to each kid, spend time making sure kids are doing well in school. Bullying is a strict no-no and all gang type activity is quickly curtailed. LOVE this school and so do my kids.

The staff at FMS have the energy it takes for young teens! Students are given opportunities to try new things and stretch their comfort zone in a safe environment. My sons had a wonderful experience in Science Olympiad, attending Regionals, State, an even National competition! I am thankful for the abilities and committment of their teachers. FMS is a fun place to learn and grow.

Great School! Always have access to child's grades, teachers and staff. They have a active PTSO that welcomes parents. Good coaching staff and the Band teacher is wonderful! Frontier offers a Science Olympiad team and Math is cool. The other middle school is more focused on sports. If you are a active parent in you kids education you will love this school.

I have nothing but great things to say about Frontier. I have had two kids attend there recently. The teachers are amazing, I always knew what my kids were doing. They have many activities for kids during and after school that the other middle school didn't offer. I never had any problems communicating with the staff or office. In fact, my kid was in trouble once too and a I received a very nice phone call from the vice principal that I appreciated. We actually moved two years ago from Chief Mo to Frontier and my husband and I are much more impressed with Frontier. As parents we have instant access to our kids grades, attendance, discipline through the web and we get to be involved through the PTSO two major things that the other school doesn't have.

My son attended Frontier for the 2006-2007 school year as a 6th grader. I can say that I was far from pleased with this school. It was impossible to get a call back from teachers. There was absolutely no communication between the front staff, the teachers, the students, and the parents. I will be pulling him at the end of this year and sending him to Chief Mo down the road. No one at Frontier seemed to care about my son one bit. The only time you get contact from them is when a child gets in trouble. You call the front office for information to find out that they don't know anything. Lack of communication sums up this school. I advise you either take or bus your student to Chief Mo down the road
