My children have attended East Farms for 8 years. We have had top quality teachers who have gone above and beyond to help the children reach their potential. The atmosphere is always welcoming and it feels like family. is it perfect? No, but the staff is continually evalutaing and adjusting to make it the best learning environment posssible.

There are some teachers who teach because they love children and others who do it solely because it is their job. We did have some good teachers here for some grades. The curriculum is lacking a bit. The kids definitely did not reach their potential with this school. It seems the school caters to the problem children and doesn't advocate much for the average and gifted students.

The school has suffered from a lack of leadership for many years. The administration lacks the ability/willingness to address staffing issues that could greatly enhance learning. There is no standard grade level curriculum plan in place.
