Sadie Halstead Middle school works dilligently at providing the best possible academic program with what limited resources they have. The teachers and school staff go above and beyond their job descriptions and become an active role in working with the children and families in every way possible. The teachers & staff seem to have made it their personal missions to get to know every child & their families to find the best possible way to individually educate effectively. Unfortunately the availability of music & art are next to nothing here. Sports are a big part of our community but they too have next to nothing funding. The teachers/coaches go above and beyond to provide their students. Parent invovement is to be desired. It is the same parents from year to year. The parents, children and families who need it the most are not involved.
