Hope has been an amazing experience for our kids. Ever since preschool they have felt safe, loved, supported and treated with respect. There is a true sense of community among staff, parents and students that is tough to find anywhere else. We also love the fact that our kids can have a consistent experience from early childhood through middle school, without switching schools or locations. I would recommend Hope to anyone!

We are truly blessed to have found Hope Lutheran! The staff really cares for the kids, makes sure they are challenged to their potential and expand their horizons continuously. This school has the most amazing teachers, and their Technology and PE programs are the best we have ever seen! The teachers and the principal really know how to hear the kids and the families, how to work together with them. Our very advanced children were placed according to their development, and they are ecstatic to be challenged and learning new concepts and skills every day! I have never seen a more impressive bunch of very giving individuals - even the after-school activities are mostly complimentary! We also do not feel constantly "milked" for contributions and donations - a HU-U-U-UGE difference from our previous school. All this creates a very healthy, mutually-giving relationships between families and the school. Hope Lutheran rocks!

I work at Hope Lutheran. We have so many wonderful, supportive parents. We have a great parent-teacher group this year. The PTH board is full of fun, creative, energetic people who have many ideas of how to make our school even greater....I really appreciate all of them. They are so helpful and supportive!! Hope Lutheran rocks!!!

Hope creates an environment that is safe and supportive. Teachers and administration are focused on building relationships and partnering with families. Children are engaged in learning and there are many activities afterschool ranging from sports, drama, chess club, and much more!

Great school. Teachers care about the students, not just the school work. Students are learning what it means to ethical and moral. All schools have problems and issues but Hope teaches kids how to deal with the problems from a christian point of view. What's more important than that?

Great School! I have had five students attend there. They have a strong program in Biblical Intruction and Worship and excellent academics. A great place for young people to develop character, discipline and love.

Excellent school. Small classes, warm atmosphere, lots of extra curricular activities. Good before/afterschool program. Math and science are good - advanced math offered. Diversity is good.

School is strong in reading, social studies and overall experience. It is weak in diversity, mathmatics and science. Resources are limited. Almost no playground and P.E finds itself being forced to be creative. Also there are a couple of teachers on the staff that are near inadequate.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
