I went there years ago. This school's full time program is excellent. Teachers are great! But their Itracc program is not good at all. You can't substitute a high school experience with packets and staring at a computer screen. That isn't what being in high school is all about. That doesn't teach you necessary life skills. This program allows students to slack off way too easily. It also disconnects you from the school community. You go there for a couple hours, then leave. Rinse and repeat. I would be fine with putting my own kids in the full time program, but never their Itracc program.
My daughter was failing at Central Valley High School, so I pulled her out and put her in Barker. Since she has been there (two years) she is now an A and B student. She is much happier and I now know she will graduate and not drop out.
