My daughter attended this school for 2nd grade. The teachers and staff are wonderful and caring! We are looking forward to next year!

A great artist in the schools program

As a grandparent volunteer and retired high school teacher/counselor, I am continually impressed by the spirited learning experiences at Chautauqua. Students are fully engaged with a variety of teaching styles; their interactions with peers and staff are caring and personal. Teachers are innovative, supportive and collaborative.

Great community support. Open to new ideas to make the school better. Loving and caring staff and teachers.

Being on a small island, CES is part of a close community with a strong emphasis on children. Our Arts and Music programs are greatly supported. The teaching staff is dedicated and well trained. I believe there is a strong support network of leadership and good problem solving staff. My two sons have excelled at CES and I am thrilled by the amount of parent volunteer/interaction there is. Would highly recommend this school to others.
