Cornerstone Montessori is a great school. My daughter is years ahead of her peers in reading and math because of the great teachers and individualized curriculum at the school. I wish she could continue on with her elementary education there, but they only offer preschool and kindergarten.

We had a wonderful experience sending our children to Cornerstone. They have a wonderful group of teachers and is very well rounded. My child started kindergarten way ahead of her peers and is continuing to excel. She loved going to school everyday and asks often to go back and visit. Each child learns at their own pace and is encouraged to do their best. My children also felt very loved and cared for.

My daughter went here for 2 yrs.She did learn alot but the director was very contralling. I saw kids get hurt and later the parents would ask about it and she would always have an excuse as to why it happened....but often not the real reason. One summer I saw a teacher refuse to let an 8 yr old drink water outside....it was very hot....but she said he had had enough. Finally took my daughter out and she was so much happier not being there. LISTEN to your kids....what they are saying in the truth. I also know teachers who left because the director was so controlling and difficult to work with.

My daughter has attended this school for 1 year and 1/2. We have her enrolled for her last year here this coming fall. We wouldn't dream of sending her any where else. It has been the most wonderful experience. The director is fabulous! The children learn at there own pace. The school is extremely organized. The schedule is flexible. The teachers are outstanding--and what a team--they really put there heart and soles into helping your child develop. It was been a wonderful experience!

I love this school and I wouldn't want my child anywhere else. The director is a wonderful person who looks out for the best interest of the children. The staff is extremely helpful and always in a good mood.

The school has some good points, mostly the location and that it is very clean. We were dissapointed that all except for one staff memeber is certified to teach the montessori method. We were also dissapointed that there was so much staff turnover. We are now hoping ot find a school with staff stability and at least most staff memebers being montessori certified, not just in training.

This is the worst school I have ever seen. The director is rude and unprofessional and the teachers seem just plain miserable, probably due to the director. Students are often unsupervised and seemed scared.
