This school has a terrible special education department. It offers very little extracurricular activities. There is a few good teachers that encourage the students to do their best and challenge them to learn new things. Others are only teaching for the pay check. The transition from 4th grade at Allison to 5th grade at O.G. Middle is difficult for most of the students because they have not been equipped with the skills or knowledge they need. When this school is compared to other schools in the area (including other states OH & PA) in falls behind academically and has a lot to be desired.

Since Allison has become a reconfigured school, we have met AYP status. The faculties are all highly qualified educators. Allison gives all students a great opportunity to excel in all that they do.
