this school has very little concern for your child's emotional state. they tend to concentrate of public humiliation rather their education! Their methods for discipline is very harsh for children of that age. It teaches public humiliation in there discipline! I cant wait to change my child's school next year! Lack of Teacher to Parent communication is very low. You have to constantly ask for your child's progress or you wont know of it at all.

THIS SCHOOL IS SMALL, BUT SENSE CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL'S THE SCHOOL HAS WENT FROM A SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE TO A HEN HOUSE. THE KINGERGARDEN, 1ST AND 2ND GRADE TEACHERS ARE WONDERFUL. THEY ARE OLD SCHOOL AND HAVE BEEN THERE TO RECEIVE THE PARENTS TRUST. I HAVE SPENT ALOT TIME AT THIS LITTLE SCHOOL AND HAVE WORKED WITH THE TEAMS, TEACHERS AND PRINCIPAL TO GIVE MY CHILDREN THE BEST POSSIBLE EDUCATION. OF COURSE THIS IS ALL PAST TENSE NOW WITH THE WOMAN THEY HAVE BROUGHT IN THERE TO SUPPERVIS E OUR CHILDRENS EDUCATION. SHE DOESN'T WORK WITH THE PARENTS AS FAR AS RETENETION AND HER BOSS MRS. JELICK THINKS SHE IS GOOD AT HER JOB. I HAD A GARAGE SALE OVER THESUMMER AND PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH THE PTO TOLD ME SHE DOES NOTHING FOR THE CHILDREN. SHE TELLS THE PARENTS WHAT SHE IS GOING TO DO. THE POWER OF HER POSITION HAS WENT TO HER HEAD AND FROM THE BEGINNING OF EACH SCHOOL YEAR SHE STARTS WITH THE WEST TEST. A TEST THAT A CHILD SHOULD ALREADY KNOW IF TAUGHT RIGHT. SHE IS VERY UNCKIND, DOESN'T HAVE THE PERSONALITY TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE. THANK GOD FOR DONNA AT THE FRONT DESK OR EVERYONE THAT CAME TO THAT SCHOOL WOULD WALK OUT. PLEASEE GET US A LEADER FOR OUR SCHOOL LIKE MR. BUTCH VARNEY. HE CARED

This school is small and not over crowded and the students receive the ratio that is given per class. The teachers strive to make the students the best that they can be.

Everyone at this school has always worked their hardest to ensure the safety, well being, and accountability of the students. They have always pushed students to do their best, but have been there for the kids if they ever needed help with anything at all. I wish that my older 2 children had the opportunity to attend CES. Thank you all for everything that you do for our kids.

My child is in second grade at cottageville elementary and he loves it there. I also really like the school. The staff are friendly and are always eager to help in any situition. He learns well there and since it is a smaller school I feel that he gets more one on one attention. I also like tha fact that he is not just another child or number like in the bigger schools everyone knows who he is I really like that. We love Cottageville Elementary School. Jamie Jones
