We are very happy with the pre-k and Kindergarten teachers. The Administration is very helpful and caring. The teachers are qualified and the school is accredited by NCA. The tuition is a little high, but worth it.

I am very with St. Joesphs. I had my children in the Jefferson County public school system and found their needs weren't meet being met. I am very impressed with the curriculum at St. Joes , the wonderful and warm teachers . My children really love their school as well!

It's a comfort to know that my children are in a safe and caring environment. I am satisfied with the academics at the school and am pleased that so many of the teachers make learning fun. Although it is not a large school it does offer great extracurricular activities for the kids and is always looking to improve what it has to offer.

I wish we had found this school earlier. We went through 2 other private schools that lacked the understanding of the importance of discipline and self control for children. This school has been wonderful for our son. We feel the academic program is challenging and yet can be fun and exciting for our child. The teachers encourage free thinking (this is difficult to find in a school in this day and age) while giving the children the core knowledge they need in an education. The parental involvement is excellent. You can tell that most parents have their children in this school because they hope to get their child the best education they can. We are very satisfied with this school.

I wish I had known more about the teachers teaching my child this year. She has attended this school for 5 years and has had excellent grades. This year her grades have plummeted due to the lack of teaching. Now we have to take her for professional testing as we are concerned that she's missed some vital points due to poor class disicipline, poor teaching skills and criticism from the teachers.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
