Mount Hope Elementary School

This school is horrible. There is no communication between parent and teachers and there is an extremely large lack of discipline there. my child constantly complains of violence, tobacco use, and a lack of teaching. the children run wild and the teachers say nothing!! We are currently looking into alternatives to this school and if your considering sending a child to this school, i suggest you do the same.

The quality of education is high. Our teachers work very hard to make sure every student is successful. This is almost impossible when students have excessive absences. Our principal is always trying different things to motivate our students.

I don't think this school pays enough attention to the children when they complain about problems at home. Everyone needs to listen a little closer when it comes to our children. Look for the signs and ask questions, you may be that childs only hope.

my child is no longer at this school and I miss the communcation that the school has. The teachers know who you are becouse the make it a point to get to know who you are, and keep you informed of what is going on in the school...i miss that alot.

Mt. Hope is a fantastic school with a very big heart. Everyone cares and takes educating seriously. My children have shown huge improvements both in grades and attitude since attending this school.
