Abrams Elementary is a wonderful school. The teachers care very much for their students and the staff is wonderful too. The parent group works very hard to provide meaningful learning opprotunities for the children that they wouldn't normally get. Class sizes are in check and communication between school and home is terrific. Wouldn't want my kids to be anywhere else

Abrams Elementary is a awesome school! The teachers are more than willing to address any concerns of parents or students. I moved away from here for a short time and enrolled my children in another school district and because of the one on one they get at Abrams, my children where ahead of the other kids at the other school. Besides not liking where we moved too, we missed Abrams Elementary the most. One parent obviously was not happy with her results but if you ask the hundreds other parents you will find the exact oppisite.

This school does not care about the children. They absolutely do not like the parents questioning their teaching practices. It is a shame that the school doesnt work well with parents. As long as you do exactly what they want, there are no problems. If you make any kind of waves, the child suffers. We have chosen to take our child out of Abrams.

It is unfortunate that the teachers/administration are not willing to listen to the parents. Parents do care about their childrens education. The District should look into seeing if the teachers/admin of this school are truely qualified to teach our children. Teaching is more than a paycheck. Teachers should be here for the children.

Abrams Elementary is a great and friendly school. The school has some very commited teachers, they encourage learning and do so in a way that makes the students want to learn. They go above and beyond to make sure the students understand what they are learning. The parent group has done some very awesome things for the students, like put in new playgrounds, bring shows to the school and take them out to shows, some of the shows the students would never experience anywhere else. I'm proud to be a parent involved with this school.

The teachers as well as administration are unwilling to work together with parents. Basically to make a very long story short-- Abrams Elementary does not want anyone making waves. We have chosen to remove our children from this school.
