Small school size and high quality of teachers.
Winkler School is a small school which benefits the students with more one-on-one teaching, and the parents with more communication with their child's education and learning. I have only heard great things from all the parents. We are pleased that our son is able to attend Winkler. The teachers are really dedicated to the students and seem to be teaching at a more advanced level than the other area schools. Winkler also is great with involving the parents in all that their student is doing and learning. PTO is really active at Winkler as well.
Wonderful school. Excellent teachers. The kids truly love each of their teachers. However, the principal needs to improve her skills in intervention and counseling.
This is a wonderful small school. The teachers are all very kind and understanding. The support staff at this school go out of their way to make everyone feel special. I could not be happier that my girls attend this school!
