Campbellsport Elementary School has been challenging at times for my family. We do not always agree with the view points of the school board or the administration. However, we have found some wonderful teachers within the elementary school which have risen to the challenges they face. Personally, our children have experienced a wealth of learning at this school. This year in particular, our son is being challenegd in wonderful ways by his Second Grade teacher. Though we were a bit concerned our son might be taken back by a male teacher, the experiences this year have been inspiring and plainly put; terrific for our son and for the class in general. Though our son is the youngest child in the family we hope that other parents will be able to have the opportunity to be part of this school. Moreover, we hope that the Campbellsport School District also realizes what an inspiring teacher our son's second grade teacher has been thus far in the school year.

I have two children presently enrolled at Campbellsport Elementary School. One has had great experiences in school, and other has not had the same fortune to be blessed with the ease of learning my husband and I would have hoped for her. However, my second grade daughter has made huge gains in school thanks to her amazing teacher. He has been a positive influence and created a positive self image in our daughter that we thought would never be seen. She now loves school and her teacher. We could never see our children going to any other school. If you have the fortune to have your children attend this fine school, make a request for the male second grade teacher. He will help your child mold themself into a happy person who leaves confident in their abilities.

I have two children currently enrolled in this school. My oldest has always accelerated at school. Learning new things is always a challenge that is embraced and conquered. My youngest however, is not so lucky. While in Colorado we enrolled our youngest into a program called Success Makers at the school and saw some improvement. We moved temporarily to Michigan, to a small town school that offered no extra assistance. The Teacher at this school simply decided, within a short time, that my child should be held back and repeat the first grade. We moved here to Campbellsport and through an amazing second grade teacher and a wonderful Title 1 special education teacher we have seen amazing improvements from our child. There is improvement in the schoolwork of course but even at home in behavior and attitude in general. I would recommend this school to anyone!!!

I have five children with four who have since graduated high school and every one of them excelled. I have one son who was ADHD and the school is wonderful with working with special needs children. I have a nephew that was quite far behind due to a terminally ill mother who has since passed away. He graduated early from his IEP and the teachers who helped him achieve this showed us all just how brilliant he was! I just can not say enough about this school. Any child in my opinion would greatly benefit from sending their children to Campbellsport Elementary School.

The school is new yet, and realatively attractive. The classrooms are set up oddly, and the childrens lockers are quite a ways from their classrooms. There is virtually no playground equipment for older children. It caters to k-3. The pupil count per room is low, and the children have more one-on-one with the instructors. Overall it is an average public elementary school. I have no problem with my three children attending.
