My 4 children have attended St. Jerome School for over a decade now, and it has been a wonderful learning community. Being a Christian based school, there is an emphasis on Christian values and treating others respectfully. Gym, computer, & music classes are at least twice a week each with art class once a week, so they are not skimping on non-academic based classes. Kids who have graduated from this school consistently do well in our local high school. Many from each class have been inducted into NHS. There is a junior high musical produced each spring and students are encouraged to participate in the musical group Jazz 'n Praise which performs each week at mass. Each grade from 1-8 takes turns with the lay person mass parts during the 2 student masses each week. This encourages public speaking on a regular basis. Extra curricular sports include girls' volleyball and both girls' and boys' basketball. This does not preclude students from participating in the city recreational league, but enhances it. An overall wonderful school.

i went to st. jerome and i absolutely loved it! i'm not a parent even though on the thing it says i am. i'm in high school now but i went there and it's awesome. you get the best education and it's more one on one teaching because there aren't that many students. it's a great learning environment. kids from the middle school don't have the same morals as kids that went to st. jerry's. they grow up to be very well rounded kids. and it really does prepare you for high school. kids from st. jerry's tend to get better scores and grades in high school because we had a more advanced learning technique. it was a truely amazing school and i recommend it to everyone. there is no doubt you'll love it.
