I had to two kids go through St. Joes from two years of preschool through 8th grade. I chose this school because my nephews also went there and had excellent experiences. At my first public high school parent-teacher conference, one of the teachers asked me if my daughter went to St. Joe's and then said he knew she had based on how well prepared she was academically. Sharon Wimer, the principal, is the most dedicated education professional that I have ever met, and she is also a fabulous manager and motivator as evidenced by the fact that there is extremely low turnover on her staff. I believe that the test scores overall of the kids at St. Joes are extremely competitive with the state and national averages and the averages at other private schools. The tuition is quite affordable for a private school.
