My kids love this school! Excellent teachers. Great home/school communication with both teachers and support staff. Friendly, caring students and staff. Very high test scores. The teachers have a knack for reaching out to each and every student and helping them excel in school. The school promotes a very warm, safe, and friendly learning environment for the students. Lots of opportunities for parent involvement. There is a huge grassy playground area with lots of equipment for the students. The Downsville community is also very supportive of the school. Overall, it's a wonderful school to be a part of.

My two sons attended Downsville Elementary. They were taught by the best teachers in the area. My sons not only learned the curriculum, they learned a sense of community and belonging. Of love, care and friendship. The teachers of Downsville Elementary know the 'art of teaching.' A wonderful learning experience I wish all children could be blessed with.

They have small class sizes so all of the students get a lot of attention and the teachers are wonderful at providing feedback to parents in a timely manner.
