My son transferred to King mid way through the school year last year and I couldn't be happier, the teachers and the students really made him feel welcome. Also, his grades improved tremendously!

My daughter transferred from another school in the area. The staff's involvement and ability to see every child as an individual has completely exceeded every expectation I have for her education. I couldn't be happier with her Kindergarten teacher, either. I would recommend this elementary school to anyone.

This school has an excellent staff that truly cares about every child. They are trained to identify children of different learning ablities, so every child gets what they need in and out of the classroom. A very community based school, so high community involvement. Great PTA that helps raise money for latest technology improvements in classroom. Fair to Good before/after school activities such as math bowl, running club, spanish etc.

Pretty good for gifted students, accelerated levels of work while keeping students with their classmates. Almost completely inept at handeling behaviorial challenged special education students.

The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level. In private schools, only voucher program participants are tested.
