I open enrolled my daughter in fourth grade because she wasnot being challenged in her private school. She attended MPS for just a short time and wasn't getting anything out of it either. She immediately loved Edgerton El. and her teacher became the best she's ever had. I was also pleasantly surprised at how fast theteachers/ principal solved any problems that arose. My daughter always felt safe and was accepted well by all the children. I would recommend this school to any one who could get in if not in the district. I will happily continue to transport her to this school considering her previous experiences she's had in school!
This is an outstanding school! My daughter attended a private school from k3-3 . We switched 2 years ago and it has been the best decision we ever made for her. She is being challenged much more than she ever was in private school. The discipline and behavior of the students is 100% better as well. The teachers are amazingly caring, professionals and administration is very supportive and personal. As a 21 year veteran teacher I know what to look for and have found it. Edgerton is the best!
