We transferred to Loyal school this year and it was the best decision we made regarding the education of our children. This school has a fantastic community spirit and everyone from the kids to the staff to the parents have been very welcoming. We have a child in the high school and in the elementary and have nothing but great things to say about this school. Our only regret is that we didn't transfer before this.

I graduated from Loyal myself, and parts of it are now just as they were 10-15 yrs ago. The kids can be ruthless in their relentless efforts to bully/tease, etc. I know this happens in all schools, but not with the severity as it is in this school. I currently have a child in the high school, and a child in the elementary. The elementary is the best I've seen-ever. They respect me as a parent, and my child and embrace parent involvement. The high school on the other hand is, in my opinion, worthless. They do not embrace parent involvement, and give no consideration to the well-being or welfare of the children. I have tried numerous times to stay in contact with the teachers and the school regarding my high school child, and I am made to feel that I am bothering them, and wasting their time.

My children are enrolled at loyal right now and they love it. Of course its not perfect, but they enjoy it quite alot. My daughter loves the high school, she is a great student and loves the cheerleading part of the sports. Their vocal jazz choir made it to state for solo and emsamble for the first time. also about 45 medals had to ordered for solo and emsamble winners. this school is very excellent.
