I think Lancaster is a pretty good school. Like every other school it has it's problems. We are so quick to say what administration and teachers aren't doing, but we are we doing as parents? It is so hard to get us in the school unless there is a problem and then the first thing we say is it has got to be the teacher's fault. What are we doing as parents to support the staff. In the last several years I have seen a big change in the school. But is anyone taking into consideration that these are not always kind brought up in Lancaster but from other schhol.And with the MRP students things are always an uproar. So instead of complaing maybe we should volunteer our services more.The principle does an outstanding job with all she has to deal with. let's try to be a part of the solution

Lancaster used to be a very good school, I dont know what has happen in the past three or four years. I am not pleased at all with the education my children are receiving. The teachers appear to more interested in hanging out with one another then actually teaching. Students are not aloud to bring home books but are given homework in these subjects. With the new 7th and 8th classes I have never seen such short skirts,exposed undergarments (thongs), disrespect, and total chaos. Lancaster has become a three ring circus. I would not recomment this or any other Milwaukee Public School.

Lancaster is a great school for kids to learn discipline. The principal receives a high level of respect as well as give respect to everyone involved. I think she has a great handle on what's going on in the school.
