Both our children attended Winnequah School. Great experience. Kids feel safe in the school. Teachers stay long term. Wonderful principal. Children went on to have a good experience at the middle school and the high school. Both attending UW Madison. Highly recommend MG Schools.

I am a grandparent of a third grader at Winnequa...and these first 3 years of his learning has been phenomenal !!!! He loves school thanks to all his teachers so far...and sure his remaining years will be just as great ! They are just SO dedicated and caring ! His love for reading was sparked by Mr. Fiedler and I thank him for that !! Think he got his math skills honed by Ms Koski.....and of course his start in K was the place he started to enjoy school ! THANK YOU TO ALL HIS PAST-PRESENT-AND FUTURE TEACHERS !! I AM GRATEFUL !! (also just happen to have been a teacher for a short time)

Wonderful, dedicated and caring teachers, curriculum based on affirmative, creative, and empowerment to grow kids who can thrive with complete skill sets as well as social development, safe and challenging altogether. We are new here, recently transplanted and have felt welcomed and encouraged to engage in our T4K and first graders' introduction to the school and community. Go Owls!

This is a wonderful school. Attention to needs of students is terrific. Fourth grade teacher, Mrs. Grace is a kind and caring lady who motivates the children and genuinely cares about their progress.

Nichols is a delightful little place. In the '07-'08 school year it will be moving to a newly remodeled building but will have the same principal and will be adding a grade (so it will be 3-6 instead of 3-5). No school is perfect, but the staff is kind, generous and educated.
