Our daughter has attended LCCA for the past two years and I have loved every minute of it! Our family is moving across the country and leaving LCCA is going to be one of the hardest things about the move. From our house, it's a 25-min drive to LCCA and though not ideal, it's been totally worth every dollar in gas money to give her the excellent education she's received at Lake Country. I can't say enough good things, just take a tour of the school and see for yourself how down-to-earth a private education can be!

Our children have all attended this wonderful school. We can't say enough about the caring teachers and staff members- their commitment to quality Christian education. We have felt like "family" there and our children's lives have been influenced in so many positive ways. They were able to transition to a public high school and were well prepared academically, socially and spiritually for the challenges ahead.

Our daughter has attended LCCA since K4. At the time of this writing, she's 7th grade. We can't say enough about LCCA, from an academic & spiritual perspective. Teachers and staff have a heart like none other we've ever seen. We have 2 other children who have attended public schools when we were living in another state. The academic foundation she is receiving at LCCA is not only setting her up academically for high school, but also beyond. We have already seen evidence of her spiritual foundation that most kids her age would not exhibit. Last year, her class took the initiative in leading a school-wide drive to help feed orphans by asking students to give up just one quarter (one milk) to provide for a meal for an orphanage in Belize. The students embraced this event, and as a result, in just 2 short weeks, many students gave up not just one milk, but milk for an entire week (or more) and were able to donate over $100. This was not teacher-led, but student led. LCCA may be a small school, but the size of the heart of the students, teachers and staff speaks volumes for what this school is instilling in these children that will carry them through life.

I could not be more please with the standard of education being taught at Lake Country Christian Academy. The friendly atmosphere, the Christian teaching and the academic excellence is second to none. This school is an excellent example of what a school should be. The children are happy and learning.

If your looking for an excellent education as well as a wonderful godly environment for your child this is the school. My daughter is on her 3rd year and loves it. She is developing a deep respect for God and others and is thriving academically. I am so thankful to the Lord that we are able to put her in such a wonderful environment.

Our family had a very bad experience with this school. Although we are well off, we chose not to show it like many of the other families there. This school is extremely clicky, and the students were not christian like towards eachother at all.

Our child has attended CCS for two years. His biblical and spiritual training has been exemplary. The interpersonal relationships between the children are exceptionally different than public school childrens behavior. There is courtesy, compassion, consequences, and genuine care for others among the childrens values. Our son has learned the values and morals that our society as a whole has shunned; hard work and discipline make all of the difference in every category in life-not just the work place. Christ is present within the walls of this school-I feel it every time I walk into the building.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
