Saint Mary Central has an excellent curriculum preparing students for the future. It is a school in which every teacher knows each student personally, in a welcoming environment. There are many opportunities to participate in extra curricular activities and a variety of sports.

We are the parents of an SMC student who is academically gifted. We are very pleased with the willingness of the principal and staff to allow flexibility in our daughter's education that allows her to remain challenged and interested. We love the small class sizes. We also love that she can be an important part of 2 sports teams without being a gifted athlete, by virtue of hard work. (There is room for gifted athletes, too!) Overall, we love the safe, nurturing environment and superior education.

SMC is a wonderful school that provides exceptional opportunities for students to shine and investigate a variety fo interests. Its perfect size allows students to participate in a variety of activities all while not losing focus of academics.

since recent years, the quality of faculty has deteriorated to a point where students have lost a great deal of respect for the school and its catholic values. Obviously, respect is essential to the success of any school and it is unfortunate the students there are justified in disrespecting the overly conservative and often imposing values with the school openly embraces. (notable as well is the principle's sub par ingelignece, students cannot respect someone whom they have a higher intellectual capacity than)

St. Mary's Central is a great school for kids in high school. It helps them prepare for a lot in their future life. The staff is not only there to teach the child about academics, but life. They have had a great change in my child's life.
