It's a small school with emphasis on student learning!
I am pleased with some aspects of our high-school. In general, fellow students are attentive and care about each-other. Teachers , although happy for the most part, don't seem to want to spend more time than they have to when it comes to helping their students. I also believe that there is a serious miscommunication amongst teachers. During one of our sports events, we couldn't leave class because our teacher didn't believe us until our coach came down to tell him we were 15 minutes late. Overall, our school seems to be like any other.
I have only had my daughter enrolled since the beginning of 2007 - 2008 School year and can already see a great improvement in her in the first few weeks of school. I am very pleased with all the services that John Edwards High School has to offer her. I think this school has been a blessing to her.
I can't believe you ppl are making my kid read a stupid book. I am so sad to tell you that and I think that bandans are hats and they shouldn't be allowed in school. Hats and Bandans are the same. Nothing is different between them. And no student should be able to do something that someone else can't. If a student asks a teacher to do something and he/she says yes and another student asks and he/she says no. That is not fair. And school lunch hour should be long about a hour. Thank you for your time
