There is one crud teacher but thankfully she is retiring. Also the school has an amazing band and choir. Amazing Musicals. Very diverse groups but not racially.

*Outstanding band department--Going to the Rose Parade AGAIN, next year *Mediocre choir department *Excellent FFA program *Academics are strong-Lots of opportunities for college-level classes. High ACT scores *Sports-Something for everyone, and great coaches all around *Clubs and Activities-Something for everyone *Lots of involved parents *Responsive administration (I don't agree with the politics thing at all.) This school is like all schools, in that the kids who want to find trouble will find it, but kids who are focused are very successful. Besides, I think successful students come from parents who are involved; schools cannot take the full credit (nor blame) for student success or failure.

I'm a 2005 grad and I'd say 4 stars is about right. Teachers are passionate and well informed, however, some seem to be stuck in their ways instead of letting creativity flow. I do think the school's principal leadership has become too political, and that is where the Pulaski High School can improve most. This biggest question I can't answer is this: Is Pulaski on it's way up or on it's way down? You decide.
