I have a 2nd grader and a 4th grader at Fine Arts. They both flourish in this environment. The different disciplines work together to give the kids a well rounded education. The students are happy and well behaved. I believe the integration of the arts is what contributes to our higher test scores. We are an active school with lots of family activities and lots of parent participation. It is sad that not every school can have the wonderful arts emphasis that so benefits all of the kids.

I am a Fine Arts parent and have a second grade student. He loves his school and is very happy there. I volunteer there quite a bit and every day am more impressed with our staff. Fine Arts has a very active parent group and together with the staff, help create a 'family' feel at our school with our many social events. I wish I could have gone to this school when I was a child- it's an ideal place to be. Students are taught proper audience behavior and it shows when our students take field trips. The staff at the field trip comment that Fine Arts kids are very well behaved. It's always nice to hear comments like that about our kids. Our kids learn so much more than just the academics. They leave Fine Arts as socially well-rounded, independent and self confident young people. I love our school!

I am such a happy Fine Arts parent. My daughter is in first grade and absolutely loves school. She really enjoys the specialty classes, music, art, drama and dance. They really add some fun to her day and help break up the day a little bit. The parents are so involved that there is never a shortage of classroom or fieldtrip help. Also the school has just under 300 students which I really l like. The principal knows every student's name! Academically Fine Arts really keeps up with the best schools. We could not be happier with our child's education. Every elementary school should be this great!

My daughter has had a wonderful and varied experience at Fine Arts School. We have enjoyed most of her teachers for their enthusiasm, caring and dedication. The expectations at one grade level are unreasonable at times for discipline and methodology of discipline. The administration has not worked to facilitate better use of disciplinary procedures at that level. The children do experience a warm environment for nearly all grade levels. The parents are highly involved in organizing and volunteering for various fun events that help bring Fine Arts School together as a family. I would recommend Fine Arts School to parents of children who want to explore both analytical and aesthetic/dramatic aspects of a well-rounded education.

My daughters have had an exceptional experience at Fine Arts. The Principal and all staff continue to provide a wonderful education, involvemet in all areas of the arts and treat the school like family. I wouldn't want my daughters to go anywhere else.

I am very satisfied with the experience that my child is having at the fine arts school. We wanted him to attend because of the arts emphasis. The bonus is that the somewhat more compressed academic subjects provide a pace that is engaging and challenging for my child. I have found the quality of the teaching there to be first-rate. Teachers are impressively on top of children's progress, too. And people there care! the teachers and even the principal take a special interest in the students and will call you if there is a concern. This school gets very high marks from me!
